Family Fun
Museums, outlet shops, and splash pads—there’s a little something for the entire family in and around Elizabeth.
The National Association for Double Dutch Orgs was founded in 2015 by former world champion and coach Laila Little-Omosawe. NADDO is the only Double Dutch League founded by an African American woman and who has gone through the ranks of the sport as a jumper, coach, now founder of a league. Mrs. Omosawe uses her coaching and jumping experience to provide the best platform for its members to excel in and outside of the rope. She believes her teams should compete like strangers on the floor, but a family the second the competition is over. "A strong family bond will be the glue to keeping IDDL at the forefront of competitive Double Dutch in the urban community."
