MetLife Stadium

Situated just half an hour north of Elizabeth is MetLife Stadium, home of the NFL’s New York Giants and Jets. If you’re a football fan, MetLife Stadium is the best place around to come out and cheer on the Giants or the Jets as they take on their rivals. MetLife Stadium is located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and if you’re traveling by car you can get here in under 30 minutes for a bucket-list day of rooting for your team and maybe even tailgating.

Hockey fans who visit Elizabeth are in luck, because you’re just minutes away from Prudential Center, home of the NJ Devils. Located in Newark, Prudential Center is just about a 15-minute drive from Elizabeth. You can also get to the Prudential Center by taking a NJ Transit train from the Midtown Elizabeth Train Station to Newark, which is less than a 10-minute ride.
